gowanda location does not stand behind the merchandise that they sell i bought me a battery for my oil pipe that does not work it will not charge I called them -they said they will not take it back so I guess I just wasted that money I'm on a fixed income but I'm continually buying s*** that doesn't work so it seems why the stars not stand behind the merchandise that they sell why can you not return it and they can deal with the people that they got it from I have spent a lot of money at this location I do not recommend buying those kind pen $10 rechargeable batteries if you're not able to check before you leave the store I would not recommend buying them
