I definitely can be quite the critique at times. I must go out of my way and say I recognize hard effort and quality product. You guys have pushed out a new wave of excitement for the Arizona medical community. I'm extremely unique in the fact I'm actually allergic to specific cannabinoids/terpenes. Only my nose knows what my mind desires and it has refined my palette to an unreasonable degree over the years. Im going to put it bluntly, TruMed has what I need. I must confess I did have a tough first impression of the facility...however, your team and quality of product has been patiently improving enough to effectively change my overall opinion of what TruMed has to offer. I will be spreading the word. Keep up this top-tier/clean product and you'll have my support as long as I live I reside in Arizona. Amazing 10/10

The feeling you have when playing laser tag is what the flower room felt like for me. Kind of cool. Very genuine security guard and front desk representative. The budtender wasn't too bad either with product knowledge! The buds were very fairly priced. Pretty good overall

I like the new feel to this location. Great people with even better product than when it was Emerald. High quality, reasonably priced, fresh buds, and consistently releasing new strains. Definitely worth returning so keep it up!

Was not impressed. The associates never made eye contact and thats huge in customer service. Although, I felt their eyes on me the whole time from a distance made me uncomfortable. The FTP deal says exclusions apply but they do not address the fact that it excludes top tier flower such as aeriz. Check it right now it still only says pre packed eigths/grow sciences blah blah. kind of got baited

Very classy interior. Felt very modern and professional. The buds were visibly in-house grown and tasted very clean. Crisp freshness to the buds and smooth smoke were the immediate results
