Urban is my home dispensary. The staff is the best, the waiting area is comfortable and the flower cannot be beat. You cannot go wrong with Urban. Hands down they have the best prerolls out there and always have a nice selection to choose from. Their flower is always in top condition. I have never been disappointed with any flower I have purchased there. The budtenders are amazing people who are good hearted and always laughing. Urban has the best family vibes and is truly welcoming. The budtenders are knowledgeable and make you feel relaxed while making your purchase. They will spend as much time or as little time with you as you need. I have gone in with a plan and been out in 30 minutes. I have gone in without a plan and been there for an hour. It is always a phenomenal experience.

I have a had a phenomenal experience at this dispensary!! Even though it is always busy the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. The dispensary is clean and inviting. The layout is not overwhelming and they have tons of information in their waiting area. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to show you all the products they have and go over what they feel is best based on your needs. They also will research or ask each other if they are unfamiliar with a strain or product. Even though they are a busy dispensary and I tend to make my purchase quickly, I never feel rushed or pushed out the door. They have an amazing selection of flower. I have gone with the budtender's recommendation and have not been disappointed. (They do tend to run out quickly of their daily special selections so if you are looking to grab one of those items go early.) I have been in twice now within a week and they had new strains in and restock of the ones they were out of earlier in the week. I highly recommend Emerald dispensary mainly because of their fantastic staff and excellent flower.
