Horrible service from management bud tender gave me correct strain but wrong batch advertised as 25% on Leafly but received 17% not a lawyer or anything but kind of seems like false advertising… called in told manager she was completely unwilling to help in the end I felt like it was my fault and she was very rude continuously told me I should’ve checked when you aren’t allowed to grab the product until it’s paid for so here I am stuck with this mediocre medicine that doesn’t help with my pain looked nice but smokes like paper and as the manager said it’s my fault will definitely be taking my business elsewhere long wait times even with preorder and management sucks far better quality out there and better atmosphere in other dispensaries
