Trulieve - Devon
1/4/2021
I have been in the PA MMJ program for bit over two years and consider myself still searching for the perfect strain to relieve my pain and the anxiety/mild depression that accompanies it.
The Keystone Shop in Devon was not my first choice of a dispensary. I decided to try it due to the fact that I was in Devon a few times a week.
Why do I feel Keystone stands out?
The Menu is extensive and always growing.
While other dispensaries are down to 30 or 40 strains, Keystone offers 100+ They continue to update their offerings and let me know when something new comes in through automated texts.
Covid-19 tested small businesses to the extreme. Not just simply surviving, but also... the ingenuity of the business operator(s).
Keystone passed with flying colors offering a parking lot delivery system with a DEA agent on premises. I have not gone into a store since March because I did not feel safe. I was able to shop at Keystone all through the pandemic due to their response and efforts to make it feel easy and safe.
Finally, and the main reason for this review.
The staff is incredible. They take MMJ seriously and allow me to talk candidly. They suggest items and help figure out something I might be interested in. They take the time to do things right, logically and quickly. They help to maintain patient anonymity, by requiring patients to be exposed to the general public for the briefest amount of time. Although I don't particularly care who knows I am a patient, I imagine there are those who prefer to keep it private. Standing in line outside a dispensary is undoubtedly stressful for some folks.
Then there is Joe C... He was so patient and helpful with me last visit. He made sure I had what I needed, he was polite and funny and helped me feel at ease.
Thanks Joe, Thanks Keystone Shops, Thanks PA MMJ program
p.s. Don't forget to tip your Bud Tenders no matter what dispensary you choose.
