I like this store. Everyone is friendly and try to help you. The website needs work. The strains on the site arent what your getting at the shops as far as tinctures go. When you talk to someone online or on the phone everyone says something different. They should have more product knowledge. But THIS stores people are helpful and if they dont know they find out.

Never ever have tinctures in stock. When i called the person was rude. Online customer service the same. Its always they dont know when it will be in stock. Never a " we are sorry to hear that, we are working hard to fill our locations back up" nothing. Just a "dont know dont care" type of attitude. Social media the same, ask a question on there and never get a response. Completely horrible. My doctor said to go here for tinctures and i couldnt tell you if its good cause its been over a month and they have none. Being without medicine really sucks. Not that growhealthy cares.
