Had been a regular customer until last visit. Once AGAIN they had a "misprint" on their daily ad. So they DID NOT honor the ad price, AGAIN.... It was only noon also and I was told that they only had ONE left...AGAIN... The staff member helping me told me " the price is $xx, not $4xx. We only have one left. If you don't want to pay $xxx, then I'll just sell it to the next guy that comes in, your choice. Do you want it or not?" Really made me feel like my loyalty wasn't valued AT ALL. Also want to know who the ad writer is sleeping with there cuz anyone else would have been fired by now having so many pricing mistakes costing their bottom line and not lining the pockets of owner or employees. It is a daily occurrence with Misprinted pricing and they are not honoring their ads. It seems like no matter what time of day I stop in from Dawn til dark... I'm ALWAYS getting the "last one". With this last experience the staff being rude, not honoring their ad price and telling me to pay the higher price or get out of their store so they can sell it to the next guy that walks in, well it looks like I won't be going back anytime soon. I will also be sure to yell from every rooftop in the Valley about my experience. Won't be driving 10 miles out of my way anymore. H4L store a mile closer to me(Crimson/Main) and they offer better prices, consistency, have sale items in stock and staff always bring integrity and knowledge to their customer. You have been warned! Funny thing about owning a business. If they don't back their ads, how can they back their product? And staff attitude like that makes you wonder if that same care is present back to the production line. Oh wow, we only have one of these bit need 3 to make the product, nobody will miss it. If the consumer notices and complains I'll just tell them to leave. Very disappointed. Spreading the word like wildfire.
