Haven't been treated this BAD in a while. Went to Essence on Tropicana to buy a half oz since they are the dispensary located closes to my house and have good prices and quality. I placed an order once I walked into the back of the store. I ordered 7 grams of Tangine, 7 grams of LA OG and 1 gram of Diesel and was told to head to the counter to be rung up... Once I arrived at the counter the cashier brought my order to the desk and as she did I grabed my 1 gram order of Diesel because I planned on rolling it up as soon as I left and didn't want it placed in the sealed bag they provided....When I grabbed the gram the cashier let me know all product must leave the store in sealed bag so I gave it to her to place in the bag, paid my total and left 90+90+10=$190.. Once I got home I saw that she only placed 3.5g of each in my sealed bag so I ran back to store to get my order corrected. I paid for 2 quarters and a gram and was only given 2 eigths and a gram.... I didn't think there would be an issue because I was positive the whole transaction was caught on camera... SO i arrive let them know what happened and the manager goes back in the room to review the tapes. 40 minutes later he comes out and tosses the bag on the counter and says heres the rest of your order ...I laugh and say dang no sorry or anything for messing up the order or the wait?" The Gm quickly responds No you stole a gram anyways so heres the rest of your order and don't come back to my store..... At that time I place the bags done and look at him in awe, showed him the receipt that says i paid for the gram also and let him know I gave it to the cashier to put in my bag when she told me it had to be in bag and asked him to please go check camera because I don't want people thinking I'm at stores buying ounces and trying to steal $10 grams at the same time... He goes and checks the camera and sees what I said was true and I showed him the receipt to show everything was paid for. Then i tell him I was joking about an apology for the mess up it's not the serious.. His reply is I'm over 30 years old and shouldn't be joking (lol. no jokes in the weed store i guess )and he doesn't care what I paid for or how much i spend weekly leave before he calls the police.... I'm still standing their laughing in awe amazed at how I'm being treated, accused of stealing a $10 gram when I consistently buy 14 grams or more...Next he walks to the phone and starts to call the police.. so I just shake my head and walk out feeling like maybe we haven't came as far as we would like to think.... I can't be the only one that has ever grabbed their product off of the counter while purchasing but I'm probably one of the only to get 86'd for it.... Only reason I wrote this review is because he said he didn't care how much I spend or what site I put it on so here it is... Just because you guys are the only shop on the block doesn't mean you should treat customers like trash if you want to keep building. And just because it was my day off and I wasn't in a suit doesn't mean I'm a thug off the streets SIR ...
