Excellent service and recommendations for CBD products. Flower is good and prices are clearly shown on menu. I like this store because it is ADA accessible, very appreciated.

First, the budtenders are super cool with great recommendations. The prices are the bomb and the product is great! I had a problem with one of the budtenders misplacing my change, and the manager was super cool and made it right. Ends up I was correct, but most of all, I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the management. They handled this in a professional and compassionate manner, like it should be. Thank you!

The tax they calculated was not accurate. They advertised on price, pre-tax, then when I went to the Cola Cove the pre-tax price was different then when the tax was calculated they rounded the tax up in their favor!?? The owner, (said to be Kim H. would not respond when I requested to be contacted)and managers would not rectify the pricing, even when they admitted it was wrong, but blamed the software program and the listing on Leafly as not being accurate; which is their responsibility to list prices correctly and currently, and they should honor prices/taxes in accordance with consumer protection laws. It seems like treating the consumer and running the business like cannabis is still illegal and not a legitimate business!? Total BS and even the Marijuana Division,Oregon Liquor Control Commission stated this is not accurate. They recommended to report this to the Oregon Department of Revenue. I wonder how many others questioned this practice, let it ride, or did not know? Dispensaries that do not treat the consumers justly and charge tax accurately could put the legal cannabis industry in a bad light.

I always check online for the latest offerings at the dispensaries...but every time I go on Leafly for prices at Green Planet, King City, there is no flower listed, at all. Then when I called to let them know, a woman on the phone was rude. Now why would I go blind to a dispensary and what if they don't have anything I like? Not cool. This issue with no flower listed has happened more than once.

It is messed up when you look on Leafly compare prices and then go to the dispensary and the price is more. This happen at the Herbary, and I have photos to prove it. When in for flower and the price at the counter is $5.00 more than listed on Leafly, like the old bait and switch...then they blame Leafly? So who is responsible and they should honor the price listed. I wasted my time and gas to go there, what a rip off!

Been here many times, and the folks are very nice, knowledgeable and great product. The only thing that is missing is a ADA ramp to enter/exit the establishment?!

Excellent Service and Great stock....they are polite and enthusiastic about information about the strains.
