I liked how EarthMed was previously. As a medical patient, I feel that I’m not longer a priority and the prices are astronomical and entirely unaffordable. I’ve essentially stopped shopping at EarthMed since the quality service became nonexistent over the last year, the menu was sparse, and prices became over doubled. The parking is also trash. I’ve been a patient since nearly their opening and... I’m incredibly disappointed with what they’ve become. Last year, I was able to purchase an ounce for $250, now it’s $460. The average person cannot afford that nonsense. People are growing their own and turning back to purchasing illegally because we cannot afford our medicine. Keyword being medicine. The location is out of the way and a lengthy drive. I chose EarthMed for very specific reasons and I no longer feel as if they are upholding their initial standards, beliefs, and protocols. Kinda morphing into big pharma here and causing more harm than good. I cannot afford my medicine and EarthMed has done nothing to better service their patients. I’m entirely disappointed and I’ve been considering switching dispensaries for over a year now. There’s no desire to return to EarthMed; I no longer even get to interact with my favorite employees that were sure to provide me with proper assistance. There is no longer any personal assistance readily available, the place is a clusterfuck, there’s constant shouting, and I’ve personally been met with aggression by workers. Everything EarthMed once was is gone. I do not like what it has become.
