For strain imho for the morning and evening for myself. Having a spinal cord injury since April 2017 absolutely none of these meds work did my horrific neuropathy/nerve pain and the T11-L3 emergency surgery which told a total of 16 hour. First one was a little over 12 and the 2nd the next day I think about
4 1/2 hours
