Although I was assisted via curbside pick, I was very, very impressed by the quality and quickness of the customer service I received from a wonderful associate named James (I hope that's the correct name I'm remembering). He was/is extremely knowledgeable regarding the various products available as well as really taking the time to listen. He was even nice enough to offer finding alternative suggestion(s) for other products that may also work for me.
