Nectar - Barbur

I'm an OMMP card holder and been a regular patron to this Nectar for a long time, the bud tenders are great and knowledgeable and usually the products are awesome. But I had a not so wonderful experience recently, I purchased some oil that ended tasting like burnt hair. I dab with an extra thick quartz banger at low temp and used clean tools...so sadly, it had to be the quality of the oil. I don't usually ask for a receipt because they are pretty good at making recommendations, but I wish I had this time. I called and explained the situation to management hoping maybe they would make an exception one time. The manager said they would look into finding the transaction in their system and get back to me, she took my information down but I never was called back. She did tell
Me however it was very unlikely they would take it back. It was a little disappointing that there wasn't much flexibility on their part to provide me with a good quality product that I was satisfied with. I would have understood but it was even more disappointing to not be called back to confirm they couldn't. I will probably be taking my regular business elsewhere
