Chocolope

If mix it up by grabbing some strong sativas, heavy indicas, and more balanced S/I hybrids at once and Chocolope is one of the strains in there, it's probably going to be the first one I run out of, and that is a testament to the it's psychoactive and medicinal effects because personally, having my weed taste like coffee or chocolate I could give a sh*t about. The whole palate is sort of muddled and ill-defined anyway, but the high can be, and generally is, one of the best. Being almost pure sativa and therefore producing a more cerebral, energizing, thought-provoking, dare I say mind-expanding high, it has that strange ability to both calm and provoke anxiety depending on the person/circumstances. If you don't succumb to the later (and anyone smoking enough week to be reading a strain review probably wouldn't), Chocolope may very well encapsulates all that is positively associated with smoking weed: Expanding one's mind; Gaining insight into previously foreign perspectives on things in life; Becoming more thoughtful; and often more interesting as well.

I thought blueberry was my end o' the day jam but this relative is several notches above in my opinion. As a sufferer of insomnia with frequently poor appetite, a high level of stress to deal with, and major depression to boot, MOB has fast become my Indica of choice by a landslide. Also, it's not that easy to find Indica strains that help with the ailments Indica's tend to when pain really isn't one of them. Great, great New England Strain. Cali can keep their Kush's. I'll take Blueberry, Northern Lights and MOB all day (but usually night).
