The manager there was very disrespectful. They made a mistake at the store and would not credit my account. When I called to speak with the AGM to correct this issue and she kept yelling her “policy” saying it was my fault for not mentioning that I mentioned that I was OWED a discount too late. This “AGM” also said that I was holding her “hostage” over this discount. I immediately said that the jargon she was using was not appropriate for this situation.
