The check in people and the budtenders are very nice and fun to talk to. The wait for my pickup order was about three minutes at the most. the flower is awesome! the service up front was awesome considering the Covid crap, and every other dispensary that thinks this is a perfect time to disregard customer service. i love the staff at Harvest! i have ordered the rainbow preroll that was horrid and full of what i think to be trim, i assumed it was me being cheap so i bought a Jack Herer preroll with my stuff and its just as bad. The bud looks dark and smells off, definitely NOT like ANY Jack Herer i have ever had. its hard because i love the flower but i feel like all the prerolls are shady af and lies. ill stick with the flower, just feedback.

Bloom has seriously gone downhill. I have never been treated worse at a dispensary in my life. And I have never met that many women just sitting up front with that big of a attitude. I absolutely love Bloom and The quality of your bud, but if your staff is going to be a bunch of nasty high school kids. I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you. to be lighter Hispanic woman with dark hair upfront today next time keep in mind that bloom pays you to be nice to the customers.

I ordred 60mg suckers through leafly and got 30mg suckers when i picked up my order. Leafly is not always accurate and the original price is never honored. That can be frustrating. The staff is very nice, the location is awesome but thats about it. None of the flower strains have thc content information, which is important to me.

Garrett M. made my first time at your location beyond positive! He answered all my questions, offered some knowledge and just had an awesome personality. I live on the East side, but was visiting family down the street and popped in, I AM SO GLAD I DID! The quality of the buds, smell, everything is better than I've had in weeks!
