If I could give this place a zero I would. Let me say we had been here before and have always had to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru in order to get my mother's order, which we always order online. After we ordered this afternoon around 1 pm, we go head to liberty and wait one hour for my mother's order. We had to leave to go to a previous scheduled appointment so we decided to come back. So at around 4 pm, the line for the drive thru is still around the corner so we decide to park in the lot and my mom said she would walk up to the door. Mind you my mother can barely walk and yet she was determined to do so. So my mother proceeded to walk up to the door, the very rude lady at the door demanded that she get back in her car and park closer, so we did. Then it began to rain. The already rude lady (who turns out to be the manager of this place, go figure) proceeds to shout at my mother "you can come up here I ain't going out in the rain, I have to work until 8 pm and I don't want to get wet" As I hear this, I decided to call and make a complaint, first at how rude and obnoxious this lady is and secondly, its your job to service the customer, however that may be. I have to seriously question the ability of this so called manager - 1. YOU LIVE IN FLORIDA, IT RAINS NEARLY EVERY DAY!! YOU WORK AT AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS WHERE INDIVIDUALS NEED MEDICATION AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWING ANY ONE INTO THE BUILDING, I'M SORRY YOU HATE YOUR JOB, BUT GET AN UMBRELLA 2. SHAME ON YOU FOR AIRING YOUR HATE FOR THE RAIN AND CAN'T GET WET BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WORK UNTIL 8. AND EMBARRASSING THE ELDERLY LADY WHO DETERMINEDLY TOOK THE STRENGTH THAT SHE COULD MUSTER AND WALKED TO THE DOOR IN THE RAIN, LADY BE THANKFUL AND I MEAN KISS THE GROUND THAT JESUS WALKS ON THAT YOU HAVE A JOB, LOTS OF PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE ONE AT THIS TIME. 3. TAKE THE STICK THAT HAS BEEN ELOQUENTLY SHOVED UP YOUR ASS AND REMOVE IT. 4, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR SOME ONE LIKE ME MIGHT JUST COME IN THERE AND TAKE YOUR JOB AND DO IT 5 TIMES BETTER AND BRING IN MORE MONEY TO THAT PLACE THAN THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH, SINCE I DEFINITELY HAVE CIRCLES TO RUN AROUND YOU WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5. RE-EVALUATE YOURSELF. ONE DAY YOU MIGHT JUST BE THE TURNING POINT SOMEONE NEEDED TO END THEIR LIFE.
