I purchased an oil/rosin extractor from Nirvana, in Prescott Valley. $100.00 price. I asked if i could return it , if it doesnt do/work as it was intended. The budtender "Jean" asked mgt and told me that if returned within 30days, return would be honored. I purchased 12-12-20 and tried to return it 12-28-20, after wasting almost 14grms of flower, and was told they will not honor the return and that i was misinformed. I got a brush off and told to contact the manufacturer for a refund. Until now, i only had issues with this particular budtender as she is lazy, unprofessional and rude. This was easy to deal with, since i could just ask for another budtender if i chose. Now, I see that this dispensary is out for only money and not the welfare or quality of service of the "patient". The deals are okay and better than others in the tri-city area. Will think twice before going back, as i have never been so "pissed-off" at any service i had received from anywhere else. Since I spend 200-300 each visit, I may need to go to another dispensary outside of my area to get the quality of service and respect any patient should receive. I am 58yrs old.
