The staff is always very welcoming. I was immediately greeted by the security guard and the gentleman directing (verifying IDs and checking if an order was placed). I was in line only a short time. The store has changed so much in the last year. Bigger, brighter. While I was in line, I saw one of the budtenders (lady with dark hair, gray on ends) demonstrating use of a new device for a patient and it was nice to see someone thoroughly explaining and connecting to the patient. The man that finalized my order was great too.
