After 1 year of going through them for convenience and yet sometimes mediocre quality product, I get a batch that’s basically one big leaf (tho it’s happened MANY times throughout the year it’s never been this outrageous enough to make me feel like calling them). The girl answers by saying we basically don’t need your business and you get what you get. No quality check of any kind, got two completely different batches of the same product and yet half of it was COMPLETELY non smokeable! Will edit if this is fixed and I’m offered an apology otherwise well yeah that’s $600 a month they don’t need like she said I guess. FYI she said she was the owners wife which is disappointing since he was cool the one time I met him.
