I usually go to this location a couple times a week (sometimes I miss a week). I find that they usually have a good selection of dab. I went in last night to get some live resin that I really liked and wanted more of. The brand that I wanted had both a live resin and a diamonds from the same strain. I specifically said more than twice that I wanted the live resin. When I got home to enjoy it I found that it wasnt the live resin it was the diamonds. Being extremely disappointed and a little upset, because I said more than once what I wanted and didn't want, I didn't smoke anything. I took it in this morning to hopefully get the right thing. Only to be told that they won't swap it out for me!!!! I would understand if I had only been in once or twice. But I'm pretty regular. And it CLEARLY HADENT BEEN TOUCHED! So now I'm out almost $40 and had to BUY the one I actually asked for as well.... sorry to say but I won't be back..... Which sucks because I like the people and the products. But that's horrible customer service!
