I ordered a few CBD products on 12/17/19. I had a typo in my phone #, which customer service person Priscilla contacted me about & we fixed so they could request payment via the Vault app. I paid, & then proceeded to wait at home that night & the following day with zero contact. I reached out again, & to make a very long story short, over the course of the next few days they repeatedly “lost” my order & implied that it was my fault the delivery (which they finally attempted 12/22/19 at 10:00pm) didn’t occur because of the incorrect phone number, which was, if you recall, corrected the very day I placed the order. I finally asked to have the order cancelled & refunded, which Mayzee confirmed would happen. It never happened. On 1/4/2020, they finally responded to me & said I had never been charged for the order because it was canceled. I sent them a screenshot of my payment through the Vault app. They said they “found” it & would send it to the “higher ups”. Still no refund. Truly awful.
