Lady at the front desk broke my ID and they told me they weren’t at fault even though it was only slightly bent before, and she full on snapped it. They told me they’d still accept it if it was taped, as if that makes up for the fact that my ID is no longer valid thanks to them. So they’re willing to accept an ID that is no longer valid (illegal and unethical) to avoid any blame or issues? Yikes.
They also lied to me about the product I was buying and told me it was on me, even though the budtender lied, when I called in with these issues. They tried to play it off like I didn’t understand what they were talking about (thanks for the condescending attitude). Customer service is terrible. They also lied and said if I signed up for the loyalty program that I’d get a discount on my purchase today. I gave them all my info and received no discount.
I was hoping it was just the Chandler locations that were bad but it seems to just be the company culture as a whole. Will not be coming here and will continue to tell my friends to avoid at all costs. Everyone SEEMS nice until you have an issue.
