I've been to many rec shops and tho this outside of the store needs some real work, the inside is nice and clean--but nothing fancy--nor does it need to be. The people are great, the manager is awesome (she helped me return a bad cart, no problem, and was super pleasant). I've now been in ~5 times and each time I leave with a smile. To improve: how about some specials and discounts?
