I want to like Sparc so bad. Everyone knows how nice the atmosphere is. Who doesn't love free tea and a vape lounge. But I won't spend $$ on their flowers after being consistently underwhelmed by the quality. It isn't enough that there's a large selection. The bottom shelf is too expensive for what you get and who in their right mind spends $65 on an 1/8th?
