I really like this place. I have referred it to friends. I like there quality of service I receive. Weather it be pick up or walk in never an problem. Now the one thing I have to complain about is I'm owed loyalty points I have received a few messages that I was given points but never reflect in my balance. I ask the clerk and his answer seemed to be a guess cause what he said didn't happen. I don't know how to fix it but other then that Good Place!

Holyoke cannabis really stands by their products. I shop there frequently I had one bad experience which immediately was rectified and I left more than happy with my service that day. I believe their staff is well informed and the manager is wonderful. Holyoke cannabis is my first pick for a dispensary.
