I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I can say that I’ve seen nothing but improvement over the past year or two. I absolutely love the staff. Steve is awesome. I’m a flower girl so I can only attest to seeing the improvements and additions concerning other products. The quantity of different flower strains available has increased, which is fantastic for those who like to switch it up and try the different strains. The quality of flower varied for a while but my last few trips have been nothing but great quality. I enjoy seeing the lower priced strains. In the past it was more beneficial for me to make a trip to Phoenix to stock up but now that’s not the case. I really enjoy seeing the physical changes being made to the dispensary. The privacy is appreciated. The atmosphere of the show room is turning out great. I liked seeing the flower on display; however, I would have liked to have been able to lift the lid and smell the product. The waiting room still needs improvement in my opinion. It’s too dark. If lighting is a problem then style the room accordingly. Hippie or Zen it out to make it more welcoming. String lights along the walls and rafters. Here are a few things that I would personally like to see change. All suggestions are based on my personal experiences and preferences. I frequent several different dispensaries and I’m always trying new ones, because who doesn’t like first time patient specials or frequent flyer specials? - Cushion the benches! Comfortable seating is important for a lot of your patients. - Become more media friendly. Post updates on FB if you are allowed. Send out daily emails or texts to advertise your specials. - Offer more deals like BOGOs, bulk deals and frequency specials. Create a rewards system for your loyal repeats. - Now that you’re checking people in up front, have your bud tender come get us by first name, and only first name. Patients shouldn’t have to keep track of who is next and privacy is important in smaller towns like Yuma. - Continue staff training and education on your products. As medical marijuana becomes more accepted and used, you see more and more first time patients that need guidance and assistance in determining what product is going to meet their needs. Keep up the great work!
