I have been going to Rise Dispensary in Mundelein since the first day it opened, and have always received great service and friendly knowledgeable advice. Today I had made a trip there and received EXCEPTIONAL, ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE from 'CHAD' in the medical area. I am an active caregiver and did have my care giver docs with me but although I was active in the system, my paper doc was old and expired. Chad was nice enough and patient enough to step away from the counter and brought me to a private store laptop where he walked me step by step thru getting my active card physically printed off the IL.Gov website. To do this, he spent his valuable time to gain managerial approval from Sara then spent approx 30 minutes with me aiding me in resetting my password and login etc... He printed my card for me and I was able to spend my $330 budget on quality premium flower with his insightful recommendations. Chad was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also patient, genuine, and honestly cared about me the customer. It's rare to find this quality these days so I will always ask for him when returning to Rise Mundelein.
