This was my go-to place up until my last visit when Aaron got my order wrong and I didn't notice until I had left the exit door I was in the lobby I hadn't gone outside of the building yet. When I pointed out the error he tried to blame me and refuse to correct the error and promised that he would give me a discount on my next trip. So when I went back on my next trip he again tried to blame me and said that I said it to him confusing that's why he got it wrong. I also pointed out that he has charged me for a strain that I didn't even purchase so he had an error on the receipt as well and he tried to deny that as well. Don't think I'll be re-visiting this place, it shouldn't be this hard to get what you pay for & there are too many choices in Pueblo to deal w poor customer service like this.
