Horrible customer service. Manager too lazy to push a button to let you know an online order is ready, at least that's what he said, don't have too. Customer care is a joke and the owner is "too busy" to respond to an upset customer. They've lost my money for good.
Awful rewards system. You can go spend over $100 and still only earn the same amount of points as the person who only spends $10. That is a completely unfair system, if you want to call it one. No longer worth spending my money here.
I've spent way too much money here to want to again, their products just really do nothing for me. I get better elsewhere. The customer service wasn't the greatest either at times either.
I used to like them until they continuously kept forgetting to process my online orders. I'd drive there and they'd be like, "Oh yeah, let me go get that". Wasteful, especially when that's the sole purpose of online ordering is to avoid waiting. I mentioned it to the manager on duty, obviously that didn't help, happened thereafter. No longer interested in the poor customer service.
