Far and beyond, Serra is leading the game with the most elegant store design, highest quality products, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and tremendous attention to detail. Shopping at Serra is more like shopping at a high-end fashion boutique than a dispensary. Their prices may be a bit higher for some items but it is well worth it for the great selection and experience.

Serra is by far the most beautifully designed shopping experience in this industry. I would go so far as to say it rivals some of the nicest boutique fashion/decor stores in Portland. They have the highest quality products and best staff and service. They may be a bit on the more expensive side but the premium is well worth it for the consistently great branding, ambiance, service, and products.

This beautiful little spot is just down the street from me, a fact which I couldn't be happier about! Having been to several recreational spots in Portland and Washington, Bloom surpasses them all in storefront aesthetics and attention to detail. I was invited in one at a time to get personal help from the extremely knowledgeable and kind staff. The prices are incredibly reasonable–top shelf ganja for $10/gram (which is in line with street prices). All that on top of a fantastic selection of buds. Definitely plan to make this my regular stop!
