My "Express Order" was ready according to a text message. I arrived about 30 minutes later to pick it up, expecting to pay and leave quickly. Instead, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the lobby while walk-ins who came in after me were being taken care of. All I got was a sardonic "sorry" for my inconvenience of having an "Express" order that took over an hour to get ready after they told me it was. Good prices, bad service. I will return here in a pinch, but I'd rather deal with one of the other local dispensaries if this is how Nature's Wonder handles business.
