Zen on Cave Creek does not exist, it is being opened as a new store, and their web site says open, but they were just kidding. MUR down the street is the dispensary till the Zen opens. MUR is the worst operation in the Phoenix industry. Ordered on-line, the online is also covered by the check in resources. Waited 20+ mins, 8 walk ins came, got their orders and left before I even was called. I just found Emerald is also owned by these clowns, time for a new favorite dispensary. Mur could be a more incompetent operation even if they tried. Never again.

I look for specific items, not a specific dispensary, I have visited here 6 times over the last 2 months. The experience has become increasing poor everytime. The last time I will go was 02192021, the reference of Med patients time and rec users time was a very small font, I missed it. So I showed up 3pm to 20 people waiting, confusing time and no, repeat no sign that this was rec users time. Left. Next am, was there when open, my account has become corrupted with another patient, the security was heavy handed and hostile, then the final issue, on-line orders are not carried over, I just reviewed their site and it does not see this. Never visit again, but they are going to lose much of their medical business, the overall operation was incompetent, ill organized and not at all customer focused. In a business that lives and dies by it service, I am expecting they are, failing. I see issues if the security is as heavy handed as loan shark collectors, I pick vendors by what I am look for, not location.

I have not been there in sometime, a year, it is worse now. Order online and I have to give my name, phone number, almost PII, just to get into a pre-ordered, on-line window. I brought this up to the guard and she was over whelmed, the "interesting gal" behind me giving me shit. Maybe it is too much to expect after all this time to find professionals in this industry instead of idiotic stoners. Never again, but now I need to find a new favorite and backup. The banks are not necessarily hesitant to do business with this industry because of the dope, it is the idiotic management who will not conduct their business as professionals. Stop hiring stoners, build secure web sites, prioritize on-line pre-oderers so they can get in and out. It is about a commercial transaction, nothing more, do not care to have a deep and meaningful relationship with my fellow "patients". Order, pay, pickup and leave. What is so hard to understand? Mature your business and help mature this idiotic industry.

The Phx location is so significantly better, reviewing, comparing seem pointless. But the Peoria location layout, service, database systems are not linked so I had to re-signup. They held onto my ID, card till the end, they should return my PII data immediately after checking in, period. Customer service rep was challenged, to be expected at a dispensary I guess. Then yo dude crap. It is a commercial transaction, period, not a skate park. Then the wait. Never, never again. The Phx location first thing Sat morning, no hey dude, check-in, give my back my card, ID immediately. Quick check out. Also I was asked for a phone number and email, the card is all that is legally called for. New Times Best of, maybe not so much.

Generally a bad vibe, wrong time to go and to me a poor attitude. But their competition at the dog track area has the perfect set up. I want to clearly know potency, period. I like kush for that reason, I said a good kush, it was average but a new customer I got alot of an average bud. Their competition knows how this should be done, every bud has %, repeat %s listed, I have not had a bad bud from there and I am going there tomorrow, alot of bad or average bud is still average bud. Get smarter.
