Carl was my patient educator, and he was very patient, informative and professional. Quality speaking, I got the "Top Shelf" snowcap and it was decent but didn't blow my hair back and I kinda had to smoke the whole gram I bought to get a head change. And of everything I looked at, this was the best looking and smelling. Low trich production on all the selections, and very little terps detectable. I understand I have a very high tolerance but too shelf should be above 15% thc. And their house concentrates made my chest burn and was harsh, like they used trim didn't fully flush the roots before harvesting. Although it was stable and had clarity, it was not TOP SHELF. Everything looked and smelled the same, and pretty much just bought something so I didn't feel like I wasted anyone's time. I doubt I'll return.

This will probably get deleted since I don't care about a free pre-roll and my review isn't being bribed by free stuff. Saying my experience was mediocre (at best) would almost be an exaggeration. The GDP isn't even purple, and all of the meds look and smell the same. The headband and the grand daddy look identical which is puzzling since they are two completely different strains. Looks like you guys are growing all of your strains as if they are the same. They aren't! Each plant is different and requires unique care and nutrients. As for my purchasing experience: as I'm waiting to go to the back, my budtender opens up the door and literally says "well, are you gonna come back or not?!". How effin rude is that?!? I have a name! Im also an epileptic patient who is also a dispensary agent and cultivator so I was taken aback at how disrespectful my budtender was just right off the bat. I wasn't offered any patient education even tho my receipt shows that I "declined" it. I know that the health department requires you to ask during every transaction and I wasn't even offered or asked. Not to mention I asked about the concentrates and my budtender pointed across the room and says "they are over there", not offering to help at all. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them! I did ask a few questions concerning genetics and my dispensary agent had no idea about any of the strains, and had to use leafly to tell me what it says the genetics are. Again, I find this to be disheartening bec not every strain is exactly what leafly says it is. The Budtenders seemed like they were way too medicated to educate me on their strains or provide good (or any!) customer service. Price isn't everything to me. I would rather pay a little extra for properly grown, cured meds that have proper testing and truthful genetic backgrounds, than regret spending $10 a gram on something they might as well call Potting Soil OG, bec that's exactly what my GDP and Headband tastes like on the exhale. I seriously doubt I will EVER set foot in this establishment again. The negative attitudes, bad meds and dirty, unkept looking Budtenders are not worth the "10 buck grams". I was seriously embarrassed for this place since I KNOW how this medical marijuana program is supposed to executed with transparency, education and empathy. I received none of this at PARC. I will not recommend this place to anyone who actually need medical quality herb. It even says "CRAP" as you look in your rear view mirror as you drive away.... Which perfectly describes this place and the meds. Never again.

After having a not so great FTP experience here almost a year ago, I decided to give UGH another shot since I was on the west side of PHX. That was my mistake. My patient educator kept trying to prompt me to use the touch screens and got so visibly annoyed if I would ask any questions at all. If I were an elderly FTP, this could possibly be a very discouraging. I took one look at their concentrates and was completely turned off. Hazy, plant material still inside, and no stability. No thanks! Pricing is ok, but the quality just isn't there. Dry herb had very little of a terpene profile, and they really lack in trichomes too. The check out process is odd and the packaging area behind the glass looks to be a disorganized hot mess. I wish I could of had a better experience and left a better review but I just ended up leaving UGH disappointed. Again. Shame on me this time.

My first visit was on my birthday, and they made sure to hook me up! i was surprised by the generosity and friendliness of the staff, especially since I work at another dispensary. Ive been to other places like Bloom that were rude and dismissive once they found out I worked for another dispensary. I was super appreciative of their kindness, and the island sweet skunk was very nice. The space is small, but efficient. The staff were knowledgeable and werent pushy or snobby in any way. I will return when Im in Tempe and in the need for good customer service and a good selection of buds.

Thanks to this little gem of a dispensary I was able to find a High CBD Strain (Critical Mass) for my nerve pain and epilepsy. The store is clean & organized, the staff is super friendly and helpful and first time patient get a free GRAM! I was highly appreciate of their service and selection!

This is my favorite dispensary to visit when I'm near home since I live very close to it's location. The med selection is always very large and of high quality and the effects are long lasting and very potent. The staff are nice, informative and professional. I enjoy the atmosphere and I would recommend this dispensary to any of my fellow mmj patient friends.
