This time I placed an online order and when I picked up my order one if the 4 1/8ths I ordered had been left off my order. The staff quickly corrected the order. Then when I got home I opened one of the two prerolls I had also ordered and found the tube was empty.
Ever since Harvest has acquired Natural Selections there has been something wrong with nearly every order. I called to inform them of the empty joint container and got an automated voice informing me all lines are busy.
I like the employees there but I don't want to have make two trips everytime I pick up an order from there.
