Called in to make an order because leafly online order wasn't working and spoke to this younger sounding girl that was extremely rude!! Its almost like it was an inconvenience to take my order, then went on to say you cant call and make an order without looking at our WHOLE menu... like WTF? NOT VERY SATISFYING AT ALL.

its so hard to not like the meds the meds are on point, but the service on the other hand is a completely different story!! I called when they "open" but no answer until 35mins later... so I placed an order at 1036, and 3 hours later still no show.. it doesnt make any sense... and the girl who answers the phone isnt always so happy, its kinda upsetting to hear someone that unenthusiastic. if it were me but which its not, id want someone who wants to go out of there way to help and make a patient happy and to keep coming back but everyone's opinion is different.. all they need are some minor adjustments and there tits in my books..

It's crazy when someone needs their medicine, no one answered their phone!! I've called 3 times and you guys close at 1045... That's just bad business and bad reputation in my book... WILL NOT ORDER HERE.

so HFL is one of my favorite shops, but the management who opened with it and the new management are completely unapproachable. the new blonde lady whos the new manager (who you rarely see or talk to) is very rude and unprofessional. When they opened I was welcomed as if ive been a patient for years, but now I cant even get a hello. But the staff and budtenders are knowledgeable and very friendly! Keith is usually the main tender, laid back and pretty funny, but the other tenders can realte to you as well.. but all in all management should step it up and go out of their way to make a patient welcome.

well to start it off, the phone call was pretty funny lol but really cool guys, the flower was tits! and will definitely be going through them again! good s**t guys!
