Don and Kaleb both incredible interactions. Both very knowledgeable and friendly. Kaleb went above and beyond for me, picking out and recommending concentrates. My only constructive criticism would be aimed towards the higher ups. Patience is a virtue, a customer asking to swap out a battery, is no reason for lost composure. If you get passive aggressive over a customer request rethink your role of being on the frontline of customer service. Other than that solid shop! Great dealz. Huge selection and safe location.

Service is always 10 outta 10. However i gotta admit the quality of venom dropped significantly, night and day difference unfortunately.
