The staff at Harvest of Rockville shine brighter than the lights used to grow the stuff they sell. The corporate entity Harvest Health & Recreation is nice and all, but it's the relationship between loyal consumers and personable staff that counts in the end. The quality of product and price of product are ancillary to the experience that great Budtenders provide. Vertical integration means nothing if the interaction between dispensary agent and consumer leaves a sour taste in one's mouth. For me, at least, Harvest of Rockville remains sweet and palatable ONLY because of the awesome staff.
