ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by the service I just received by a bud tender by the name of Ernie!!. I check into the lobby and noticed too much time had passed and people who came in way after me were being tended to, so as Ernie went to call another patient back ahead of me I GESTURED like i was confused. Ernie began to point his finger at me and stated I was next and that these patients had call in orders (WHICH I KNOW FOR FACT THEY WERE WALK INS BECAUSE I HEARD THEM CHECK IN AS WALK-INS LIKE I Did) only reason why I would even be mentioning the issue (I knew something was wrong) come to find out when they scanned my card it didn’t register ? So front desk employee apologized and got me scanned in AGAIN. When I get back I begin to explain to Ernie that I was just trying to make him aware something was wrong with the amount of time I was in lobby. He begins to say “that’s not my problem shit happens” “ you need to have patience” the whole time his posture and body language is as if he wants a confrontation and wants me to say “ok yes sir I’ll have patience” so I THEN ASK FOR A DIFF BUD TENDER, Ernie comes back to ask the bud tender if I was buying low grade stuff and his comment was “no wonder” as if because I’m buying cheaper meds I DO NOT DESERVE THE SAME RESPECT??? He then hangs around grabbing his fist and knuckles like he really is that angry at me.. DO YOU KNOW HOW YOUR PAYCHECK IS PROVIDED MR ERNIE?? By people like me going and buying product at your place Of employment!! DO WE NOT HAVE ENOUGH GOING ON IN THE WORLd?? That we have to now walk into a bud store and deal with a tender that forgets hes at a job and customers and customers concerns come first ??! Why KEPP TELLING ME I NEED TO HAve PATIENCE?? I’m a grown man paying for a service and NOT MY FAULT your scanner didn’t put me in the system .. it’s. 2020 .. I HOPE YALL FIX THIS AND GET STAFF TO UNDERSTAND WHATS IMPORTANT.. I will also be calling in to make sure this was adressed. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with such negativity when paying for a service.
