Terrible customer service, do not follow through on what they offer, employees are saying one thing and doing another. Never will ever order from them again.
If you want honest people don’t order from them
Two people promised me a 10% off for preordering and I even have to saved conversation to provide proof and they wouldn’t follow through on it.
They blamed it on a new employee which by the way the message was written it was not by someone new.
Never. Ever. Again
