Misha was really helpful and nice. She helped me two times, the day before I was waiting in line and she explained that the card verification system was down. She was super apologetic even though its not your guys fault at all the system was down. I came back the next day and she was very patient with me and helped me get my medication. I am dealing with a lot of medical problems so I hope she knows I appreciate her being so kind.
