I have been shopping here for over a year and have had three bad experiences and now a forth today.
One, I was given the wrong oz strain with the receipt as proof and had to drive back. Two, I was shorted 1/8 on quantity and had to drive back. Three, I bought $100 in gift certificates for the holidays and they forgot to put them in the bag. When I called back they did not believe me with attitude and had to use the security cameras to verify.
Today, I came in for my free oz using their Rewards card and was told the computer made an error and they needed to subtract one from my total. I actually had my last purchase receipt showing my reward total. When I asked to speak to a manager they said none were available.
Very upset with this establishment. No customer service or appreciation for my business. I will come in one more time for my freebie but probably never again.
