I put in an online order and didn’t realize it was almost closing 5:39pm. I tried calling hoping to talk to someone but no one answered. Mind you, this is BEFORE 6pm closing time. No one was answering so my partner drove me to their location. The main gate was closed and saw we could still get in for drive thru. All I wanted to know is if my online order went through. Whoever the person was that came to the window, Try LISTENING to the person before constantly repeating “we are closed” and giving a bad attitude. We DROVE there because no one was answering the phone. I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t being pushy. I just needed ONE question answered and I got an attitude and told to come tomorrow. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a negative experience. I wasn’t looking to get my order after hours. I just wanted my order canceled so I wouldn’t be charged. First time using Dutchie, too. Thank you for the lovely experience. I hope that not everyone is as rude as him.

So I stopped there on my way back from a trip because on my way to my destination, going to my vacation location, I thought their prices were cool and products looked legit. Not only do they not let people know they are buying Delta 10 products, but the service is crap. No offer of help and rude attitude. I spent over $100 on products there and NOTHING got me high. I use for mostly medicinal purposes. The employees are rude and in no way helpful. Instead of helping me I hear “Hey I got weed you wanna smoke in the car?” Don’t rush a customer out your door. Ridiculous. Vapes, gummies, and even their free prerolls they offer with a fill up are bunk. Never stopping there again. Tell your customers what they are buying. If I wanted Delta 10 or CBD only products, I’d go to a store specifically for that. Not a place with legal REAL thc marijuana. Got my hopes up for nothing. Not worth the time and money!
