The staff is always friendly and professional with there work at hand, Big thank you to Nick, Austin, Luke, Ryan, Phoon &Dexter,The entire staff. there products are always at a good market price and they are always having some sort of a special. I've been to just about all the dispensaries in Montgomery county and HOC is by far the best customer service and bang for your buck. It's the only dispensary I shop at any more. I'll recommend Harvest of Rockville to all my cannabis friends
