In the last month, Territory Gilbert has gone from my back up to my go-to!!! Let's face it, rec has changed the supply and demand. While other dispensaries in the area seem to be losing their customer service skills, it's the opposite at this dispensary. I know there has been a change in management. The change is good. 6 months it seemed to be your average dispensary with your average budtender. Now, everyone is friendly. They're all knowledgeable and helpful! This morning, Foster went out of his way to make sure my order was correct. Last week, I went in for a patch. Jason went on a full hunt to make sure he showed me all of the options he could think of. Whatever they're doing, it's working. Thanks for not losing the "medical culture" like the others. It's much appreciated.

I had a great experience here and plan on going back often! Everyone was friendly from the woman at the front desk to the girl that helped me! They are very inviting and very helpful.
