I have been going to herbiculture for nearly a year. It isn't the closest place by any means but initially I enjoyed the options and the people were nice. So much so, I used to tip. I drove there for a discount I was told about over the phone a hour before. And when I got there they said no one told me that and it was a discount from the day before. The decided not to acknowledge it. I decided not to return again not because they didn't honor it but because the person who picked up wasn't willing to be honest. It says slot by a place. Then when I got home, there was only 4 prerolls in my Verano G6 pack instead of 5. This confirmed any feeling of returning. I did not bother to call because if you think I am lying about a call, you will definitely think I am lying about one preroll missing. Unfortunately, they've lost this customer. I can't support a company that questions me for no reason. I shop where I am valued as a customer.
