Bought a cartridge and it didn’t work. Found out a couple days after purchase cause I bought a few. Called in to confirm I can exchange it. When I came in the manager gave me a hard time about it and acted like he was doing me a favor by exchanging a pod when the one they sold me doesn’t work. If your going to exchange it just do it and don’t act like your doing me a favor when it should be policy.
