Tricky parking (contrary to the reviews here and your first impression when u see that parking lot). During the day there's no where to park. Spots are reserved for a bank and other amenities, nothing reserved for dispensary patients. I had some dude chase me because I parked in that big parking lot and made me move my car because I wasn't a bank customer and it was 20 degrees outside. Staff is awesome but checking in at the front always takes very long (could never understand why). Flower is good, love the selection. sometimes it's dry but better than most other bigger dispensaries. recommend some kief or hash selection for a true 5 star rating.

I spend a lot of money here and I'm an actual patient, so my review will be sincere. It seems the upcoming recreational business opportunity has become the prime focus of Sira, not the patients. Sira is notorious for inconsistency on the menu and very dry flower, but now they took off 1g bags and bubble hash due to the recreational business for some reason. stuck with flower that is so dry and simply not a great selection. No refunds, no points and no actual patient care because the products are substandard.

by far my favorite dispensary due to the wonderful staff (especially the original crew). parking is great and menu is diverse and more consistent than other dispensaries. Fitchburg's Finest hash is pretty good, but overpriced! My only problem here is the excessively dry flower. Time after time, I buy dry flower from both locations (based on employee recommendations) and it turns out to be tasteless, weak sand when u break it up. They offered me these hydrating packs to get the flower to get "plump" again.. it simply is not a good solution; once the flower is that dry it's DEAD. These packs won't revive the flavor, consistency or potency. it's a fact! With good quality flower, this place could be one of the top 3 facilities in GBA.

I do not understand the 5 stars. Perhaps they're due to new patients excited about buying weed and just rating that first time experience. Lets get real, we spend money here for a substandard service!! Med patients are certainly not a priority: Throughout the past 3 years that I've been a patient, inconsistency has been a theme. They take off items that actual patients can benefit from. Now, to "accommodate possible a recreational operation", they stopped selling 1gs, no more bubble hash, extremely POOR flower selection and always extremely dry flower. THE ONLY benefit is that they open late. Sira Management: please deliver that brand promise.. not gimmicks and fancy store fronts. We deserve a proper dispensary.
