I didn't want this to go as far as it did but I'll attach the pictures from the beginning. But this last issue was just over the 60% distillate not being an acceptable product as I was told a dewaxed plant was used instead of the 80% distillate!  As I entered the premises I showed my ID and proceeded to explain why I was there which was to check out the new location and bring some attention to my account. When I was called back and I was escorted over to the counter where I saw Josh Nave from Tetra Horizon so as we were speaking about the problems I've had in the past with curaleaf and the possible products that they will have on-site there which I never got to hear about.  I was talking to a gentleman when I was asked to move over for a picture at that point another customer service rep took control and was very courteous as I begin to tell her my story I was rudely interrupted by Rachel as I tried to tell her that she was interrupting and her attitude was definitely causing an issue that she should excuse yourself from our conversation. She refused and insisted on overpowering the manager verbally insulting me a disabled veteran with a service dog she called me a liar among many many other insults I began to have a panic attack as I told all of the customer service reps what was happening and slowly backed up telling them to stay back I don't have my service dog I may need an ambulance I had to physically leave the store to evade them. 20 minutes later in my car a stranger comes up and it helps me get control of myself! What I thought the manager on the phone yelling was doing, "calling an ambulance", wasn't. In fact he locked the door with what I thought at the time was my ID that was still in their possession. He continued to not answer the door for 10 minutes and then came unlocked the door peeked out and said "what"! I said can I have my medical ID back? Then he went inside for 5 min. We don't have your ID shut the door and locked it with 2 other people he thought where with me & were not! One was considering working there to help people, well you know what he did, he left.
