So I call there at 11:00 today and no answer and left a message to return my call or text me to answer my question before driving all the way down there. Called a few more times until 11:45 and no one answered. I drove down there from 44th and Indian School and to my surprise, they are closed when they are supposed to be open at 11:00, no signs, nothing. Could not update their phone message or post on here they they will be closed today. This was one of the first places I went when I got my card last year and have watched this place slip ever since but this was the last straw for me. I won't be back but I really don't think they care one way or another.

Get real and stop labeling everything some special strain, it is the same that everyone else is selling for much lower prices.

This was my first visit and they did not have papaya when I went in. Watched the website to see if they updated their Manu and it took almost 10 days to do so. I will not go back for this reason and I agree with Captain Kirk. Don't get fooled by the menu, there are other places around town how take the time to keep you informed. Good luck with sales, people will get fed up waiting for you to update your menu and you are losing sales daily I would imagine. Picked up sweet and sour as well and tried a bowl and never touched again, dry, harsh and not to good. there is way to much good stuff out there to settle for second best and we should not have to.

You asked for people to come in and give you feedback on how to improve your service. Well after last weeks fiasco, I won't be coming back. Came in at almost 10:00 to be told at the door, that they are waiting for a shipment of meds to come in. I told him I was there for the orange bud they had and they would check. He brings out a jar full of shake and said this was all they had left. No offer to say " let me cut you a deal" I told him I drove from fountain hills to get it and his answer was "you should have called". Maybe if you had customer service and cared about your customers, he would have said, lets see what we can do to make the situation better but nope, he let me get up and walk out without a word, nothing like sorry for the inconvenience. That's how you treat customers who drive to you based on your menu, if you have a hard time getting your meds when you open, maybe open later so you have your stock there. I have been here before and wrote a positive review but not this time. You are supposed to be a compassion club but you are far from compassionate.

First time visitor and am pleasantly surprised. Meds were great, sour diesel is top shelf as well as the lemon haze. Got the last two kona gold per-rolls and wish I would have grabbed more when it was around. Tried the panama red and got that sweet taste first hit, very nice. My brother got the killer kush and said it was named appropriately. Thanks again for taking the time to get the best. Great place and I will be back more than once.

First time delivery for me and Rick made it simple. Called and talked to him,sent copy of my card and it was good from there. We set up a delivery for later at night and when he was running late, he called to let me know and showed up exactly when he said he would. Now lets get to the meds, I had been waiting for Deathstar to come around again for a long time and it was worth the wait, it is killer. I checked out his GSC and it was fresh and sticky, very nice but had already purchased enough for this week but if he still has it left, I will be calling him again later this week. Was a great experience for the first time and I will be back. Great operation, keep it up guys! PK.

Went this morning and was met by someone at the door who told they are no longer in business. Sorry to hear, this was a great place when there are so many bad places in town. Hopefully they open up again.

Why do people need to comment on others reviews. I never said anything about the quality but you are selling an 1/8 for 60.00 and I am ok with that. I got Girl Scout cookies and it was good. My point that you missed is 60.00 for an 1/8 and you put It in baggies that you get 100 for under a dollar, that's making as much as you can by not buying ziplock or like everyone else in the valley, bottles or the heavy duty bags. I don't like to put someone in the car that reeks of weed or go through the hassle if I do get pulled over. Stick to your own review and no need to comment on what I believe is wrong with the way they do business. And for the atmosphere, last time I was there a guy was sitting openly airing his dirty laundry about another patient. That's kind of shit that will make sure I don't come back, my choice. There are too many places in town that have a better selection, better customer service and spend the extra 0.01 cents to ensure it is sealed properly. Just my thoughts.

WOW, thought I would give them another shot after yesterday's fiasco when they told me they would be open and 45 minutes later, they were closed after I drove there. i went back today because they had something I wanted. Went at 12:00 today and they are closed again when it says they will be open at 10:00? WTF! stop sampling the medicine and get on the ball! If you are going to post hours then be there when you say you are. Won't give them another shot that's for sure, good luck staying open with customer service like this!
